I joined the BYJO
when I was 18 having only started playing tenor sax earlier
that same year (1987). I love playing big band music and really
wish I could still be part of a big band (someone invite me
to join your monster band pleeeeese!), but alas i'm too old
for BYJO! I played Tenor 1 for the majority of my time with
BYJO, but did a bit of EWI and Soprano on the Ginseng recording
in 1991. BJYO is where Tony and I met, and where Second
Eleven were recruited from.
